Old Town of Linz

In the historical atmosphere of the heart of the city, the people of Linz and guests from near and far feel especially comfortable. During the day, the old town of Linz is marked by crafts, galleries, flowers, hair-dressers, bakeries, fashion, books, travel agencies, butchers' shops, gourmet shops, and gastronomy businesses.

When night falls on the old town, dozens of bars, coffee shops and restaurants come to life. With the adjacent main square and the Arcade Courtyard of the seat of the Provincial government, the old town also offers one of the most beautiful locations for unique celebrations, such as the popular "Wine and Art" event or "Beer and Bread".

In cooperation with Austria Guides, the business owners from the Old Town Special Interest Group have initiated a "Culture & Pleasure" city tour.
