The City of Linz Music School
The training offered by the Linz Music School is wide-ranging and multi-faceted. Instrumental teaching, choral singing, dance training, playing in ensembles – these are all a part of the comprehensive range of teaching on offer, and they often complement each other (in music projects, for example).
More than 4,000 pupils are taught by around 120 music teachers, with a choice of more than 60 different teaching subjects. Pupils and teachers make music together in 5 orchestras and more than 20 ensembles playing both classical and popular music.
