Administration Management

The Chief Executive Director is the highest ranking civil servant in the Linz City Administration. She is responsible for directing internal operations and other business of the City of Linz within the scope of responsibility of the City Administration. She fulfills her supervisory and leadership functions according to principles of interdisciplinary management. All employees of the City Administration are under her supervision.

At the top of the City Administration stands a three-member management board composed of Chief Executive Director, Director of Human Ressources and Central Services and Director of Finances. The City Admistration is organized in three levels – the management board, the divisions and the departments.
