Convention Service

Linz City Tourist Board provides professional and free convention service and supports you with planning seminars, conventions, congresses and events in Linz.

• We offer consultation for
  the selection of convention venues, accommodation and restaurants as well as
  the organization of evening events, excursions and supporting programs
• We organize your site-inspection and assist you and your co-decisionmakers while having a look at Linz’s convention-localities
• We support your convention publicity with information material, videos, posters and invitations of your decisionmakers
• We make arrangements with
  local institutions, companies and reliable partners for a professional settlement of your convention
• We supply your participants with information material available in various languages
• We promote your event with announcements in our event calendar and forward
  information to the press
